What tranny came in the 5.8 351 W 1991 f150
Any one have a clue Im looking at one of these trucks but the guy doesn't know what brand tranny or what tranny it is. The truck is automatic and 4 wheel drive, if that helps

Most likely an e40d, but you can look at the tranmission pan and compare it to this:

E4OD for the half tons and bronco for '90+, C6 optional with the F250+.

If it has an overdrive button on the dash it's a E4OD, if not it's a C6.
