were is the ecmb located on a 1995 F150?

 

Maybe if yo told us what an "ecmb" is we could help.

 

My fuel pump is not running and I saw were someone said it could be a blown ecmb fuse but I don't have a clue.

 

when I switch the truck on the fuel pump does not run for a few seconds to prime the system and it will not crank.I checked the fuses and relays but can't find a problem.

 

You didn't say whether you have 1 or 2 tanks, it may make a difference. If you have 2 does either of the pumps work?

You're looking for the Engine Compartment Fuse Box on top of the LF wheel well.
On a 96 the fuel pump relay runs off of fuse #16 (20a fuse middle row 4th from bottom) the 95 may or may not be the same. The square box just to its right is the fuel pump relay which you should also need to check.

If both of those are OK you need to trace the circuit point by point till you find where you are not getting continuity. This includes the inertia fuel shutoff and the selector switch (if you have one) and all the wiring in between.

The bad news is that fuses don't just blow on their own. If the fuse is popped you have a short somewhere and you need to find it.

 

Fuses are good relay is good but pump is still not coming on.

 

How did you check the relay? Is it clicking when you first turn the ignition to "on"?
Check the inertia switch to see if it has tripped and to see if there is continuity across the switch.
Do you have a tank selector switch? If so flip it to the other position. Does the other pump work? Do you have continuity across the switch?

 

Have you checked for fuel pressure? how exactly do you know that the pump isn't turning on?
