Hi I own a 93 f150 2wd supercab and I bought it from my dad last summer and am fiixing it up. ever since he got it new the front end would always bow in or out, like it will wear all of the tire but about 2 inches on the inner side, and when you back it up the tires will bow wayyy out on the bottom like it being weighed down on the front or somthing, someone told me it was the ball joints my dad insists everytime its on jacks he shakes the Heck out of them and the ball joints are fine I replaced both outer tierod ends and going to replace 1 or both inners and I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem is with it? I can get pictures on here in a bit i'll go take some after this and post them but like i said the bottom of the tires bow in when driving and bow out when backing out, and it makes my truck coast horibly and wears my front tires in a year. or less.... my back I got 4 years out of with used.. please help anyone my uncle said it had a bad toe angle of like 3/4 of an inch out on the back the on the front somthing along those lines.
I couldn't get a really good picture of the front wheels bowing because I got it stuck trying to get it in the drive where it needs to be so my dad can get it :/ haha 93 2wd + 2ft. snow drift = stuck.... lol here are some pictures of the front end stuff linkage and what not.










These trucks use a method of independent front suspension that changes the camber as it moves. When the front end drops, the tops of the tires tilt in, and when it raises the bottoms tilt inward.
Most likely you just have weak front springs. My '85 is sagging about 2" lower than it should be because the front springs are shot.
As for being stuck....Get two fat guys in the bed, let about 15PSI out of the rear tires and be gentle on the throttle and it should pop right out.

Its normal for there to be some squat (tires look like / \ from the front of the truck) when the truck is reversed. If you're wearing tires like that and EVERYTHING up front is tight with no play, take it to get the front end aligned. If something up front has play (ball joints, steering linkage) then having a shop align it is virtually useless since the play will allow things to go in and out of spec.
These trucks are pretty softly sprung from the factory, they will do it. Obviously, they'll do it more as the truck ages as the springs get weaker. Mine sits about two inches lower than it should because my front springs are so soft. But even new they would sag a little when you backed up.
I've also found that you can nearly double the life of your front tires if you rotate them every 10K or so. I can get 65-67K out of my 75K rated Goodyears by rotating them, if I don't the fronts become slicks in 35K.

Thanks guys for all the advise as soon as it gets warm the bad boys on jacks anyway because I gotta put new leafspring hangar and shackle on the back so I'll jack up the front and check everything out and have my uncle double check it and my dad even tripple I am already planning on going to a shop to get aligned after I get inner tie rods and probably coils too thanks guys
So if I get new springs it will fix my squat and \ / angle because My dad said I'll be lucky to get 10k out of the front 2 tires I get maybe 1k or 2k out of them wich is horifying being 60k tires.. if I need anything ells to fix it please let me know I need to fix it my uncle said it had camber and tow issues that need fixed but I need to get parts on it before I can align it so anything you think I need let me know and I'll look for it. My plan is to get 2 inner tierods (I already replaced outers) 4 inch lift coil springs to level the front and wheel bearings maybe ball joints. my dad is for sure the ball joints are okay but if I'm in there might as well work on em.

I think maybe your I beam bushings are bad. In the bottom picture you posted, do you see the support bar your shock is mounted to. That is the radius support for the Ibeam. It stops the Ibeam from moving back and forth as you have described. At the other end of it where it mounts to the frame it has rubber bushings in it. That is what holds your Ibeam from moving back and forth, so it keeps the toe from changing. If those bushings are bad I'm sure there is a lot of noise coming from the front end. If it has been that way for a long time the bushings may even have fallen out. But on the other end you will see a threaded stud, that goes through a cup on the frame. There should be a bushing on each side of each one.
