Not much to show off right now but here it is, we call it mater....

I have the new cab in the back yard, I will be getting the other parts truck this week for the box and other stuff. I still need to get some things but it will come in due time. I have lots of plans for it and some will be done this year and some next then it should be done. I will be taking lots of pictures along the way so keep your eyes open.

I like the original look. What year? My guess 1967. There are no side reflectors which were added in 68, and that looks like a 67 grill. Definately fifth generation 1967-1972.

Bluejay

you have a lot of work in that 54. All it needs in some good pics. Did you ever think of taking a picture of it back in the same spot in the field where you got it from?

C

That 72 is in nice shape, you basically stole it off of ebay.

greencrew......you are correct on the year it is a 1967. The grill will stay a 67 on the finished truck but I would love to have a painted grill for it so I am keeping my eyes open.

c_pollard.....you have same rims as I want for my 67 but the parts truck I just bought has 5 slot rims so I will have to see what they look like first.

my old '79 F-100 Explorer packaged truck, factory a/c, originally a 302 truck but when I bought it it had a 351c/C-6 combo, the guy I sold it to wrecked it so I bought it back and stuck the motor into my F-250 and will be using the frame on a "tow" rig for my dads '66 mustang

I had a 74 F250, but never took a picture of it. All I can find is two pics of the yard when the truck is in the driveway. Maybe some day I'll digitize the negative and crop it out.

I think that some of the best rims to put on the bumpside are stock ones off the 95 f150 but i think Ima go with some lightning replicas
