95 F150 4.9L Rear Wheel Drive

Anyone out there ever replace brake hoses? My Chilton's manual conveniently doesn't cover that so I'm going to the next best source Do I need to cut off the brake fluid supply from somewhere first? Once the hoses are on do I need to do any kind of bleeding? You get my drift.....
