L/R Brake Hose DIY?

95 F150 4.9L Rear Wheel Drive

Anyone out there ever replace brake hoses? My Chilton's manual conveniently doesn't cover that so I'm going to the next best source :help: Do I need to cut off the brake fluid supply from somewhere first? Once the hoses are on do I need to do any kind of bleeding? You get my drift.....
