long block-standard or automatic transmission

are there any differences between engines, one with automatic transmission and the other with standard transmission. I have standard and someone has an engine with automatic transmission for sale.

There is a difference on 95 down EFI 300's w/o CA emissions. The manual tranny versions have secondary air injection nozzles in the head, the auto tranny versions do not. Not aware of any differences on the V8s

I don't think there's any difference on the pre-EFI engines.
Does yours have the secondary air nozzles in the head? The auto trannied one will almost certainly not
