Seafoam
I haven't used it. I was going to; even purchased the stuff; but then decided it wasn't worth it. There's a lot of bad things said about it too and I decided it wasn't in my truck's best interest.
I've used it to clean out the CCs on my Mustang, and it works pretty damn good. Suck it up through a vacuum line and if there's anything in there it will knock it out. You will know by how much smoke it produces when you do it. Or you can use water. Suck up a little at a time, and it "steam cleans" the inside of you CCs.
Water. lol. That brings back memories! That's how we cleaned up the pistons and the cc's before pulling heads in the old days.
I was skeptical of SeaFoam until I used it. Now I swear by it. I've never added it to the oil, but I've added it to the gas and through the power brakes vacuum hose, and have had nothing but great results (and quite a bit of smoke. lol)! I very highly recommend it!

I've added it to all three, with great results. I didn't really see any change in the oil though, but I only ran that for a few miles. I'd do it. I've done it on several cars, one with 180K and another with 220K.
Thanks for all the replies Guys. I tried it yesterday and WOW! That stuff works really well. I used the whole can in the intake and half of another in the crankcase. It boosted my oil pressure 5 psi. I will continue to use this stuff. I love the smoke show too. Thanks again guys.

Typically I fed an entire gallon into the motor, ran it out good and hard, then gave it an oil change.

I fed it in using a small water bottle, but definately more than just a sprinkle!

Do a search for Seafoam.
