Question IM confused

I am about to purchase an 87 F-150 bone stock except for the 4 inch body lift kit....I want to put some nice mustang rims on it and a Tonneu cover because im not much of a hauler of anything....I believe it is a 5 lug pattern at 5X5.5 what kind of mustang rims would fit? All i own or have ever owned except for my first car have been fords and im not soo keen on rim size and rubbing and all that jazz....What would fit? and if anyone can find a set for cheap or at least help me find a partiular model of mustangs that would fit.....ThANX

Wait, a 4 inch body lift? Did the guy use a hockey puck on top of a body lift kit or something? That is seriously frowned upon and many consider it very dangerous to have.

you may want to look into that, and the bummer is installing and uninstalling body lifts costs big bucks and/or takes some serious labor. Maybe factor that into the price of the truck?

WEll maybe im just stupid, i dunno if it's body or susp. but its lifted and i like it. But about the rims. Are there any stang rims that will fit? im not much of an offroader.

I do know that it has a 5 X 5.5 bolt pattern. Im a retard about tires/rims so i seek major help from an experienced fellow like yourself.

Thanx

Mustang rims are 5x4.5 if I remember right.

If it is a body lift, I'd shy away.

am i the only one that sees a problem with the giant hub sticking out??? its about 2.5 to 3 inch diameter give or take and seriously limits what kind of rims you can put on this truck.

Last i checked mustangs dont have hubs.....or do they.....why dont you take trip down to your local les shwaub?

I've seen mustang rims on 2wd rangers that don't have the big honkin front hub before.
