1984 F-150 4x4 300ci Inline 6 swap ?

Hi, I have a '84 F150 inline 6 4 speed w/ OD with about 200k+ miles on it. I am looking to do a swap from the inline 6 to a V8. I was normally thinking about just a plain old 5.0 motor, but I came across the one below. My question is, would this swap be the same as a 5.0 swap? I think it is a 5.0 bored and from what I have been reading, the 5.0 is an easy swap (motor mounts, flywheel.. etc).

If this will not bolt up, what should I put in this? I would prefer a new motor that comes with mostly everything needed to start up. Also, this will probably be daily driven with the occasional towing. I am aware that I will need to do a ring and pinion swap and that will not be a problem.

I don't know what all is needed for the swap to the 5.0 but dimensionally the 347 is the same as a 302. The 347 is just a 5.0 block bored .030 over and with a 3.4 inch stroke crank instead of the 3 inch crank in a 5.0.
