Increasing the front ride height changed your front camber, and camber changes toe, which is how far your tires point in or out. The correct way to get your suspension angles back in spec would be with drop axle pivot brackets, radius arm brackets and a drop pitman arm, basically a full lift kit. The cheap way to do it would be to buy camber adjustment sleeves and have the truck aligned. The camber sleeves may or may not give them enough adjustment to get the camber back in spec, but they can get it close and then adjust the toe so that you won't wear out your tires.

Well I guess it really depends on what he really used. He says he used a coil and a spacer, which would give 4 inches of lift, in which case he WOULD need the drop brackets. If just using one or the other you can get away without them.
Thats true, i didnt catch that at first, yeah you would definitely need all the drop brackets to get that thing to drive right if you lifted it 4".

i bought replacement coils from autozone made for the truck they were just one rung higher ( bout 1") total lift was around 3", wish i measured, does anyone have the front height for a 95 150 4x4 regular cab longbed, 4.9 with 31x10.50"s.
