Chick-fil-A
just got back. their lot was full, the lots of the stores on each side were full. there were people parking across the highway and running thru 6 lanes of traffic. there had to be at least 20 cars in the drive thru.
talk about making a statement. i think people are just plain tired of having all this liberal stuff crammed down on us.

I'm going to head over there in a little bit to check it out - I'm also going to go over to the mall and check out the one in the food court.
If they run out of anything but chicken, they will send someone out to the grocery store. I've seen employees in uniform over at Walmart buying produce.

I ran into the same problem. Drove by the restaurant and the drive through line was on the highway. The dine in line was out the door. Their parking lot was completely full and they were people parking in the store next door's huge parking lot.

This country, this world, is getting more and more opinionated about stuff that is personal and should have no bearing on products.
Pete Rose was a gambler, how does that take away his superior competitive ability to play ball.
Jeff Smith was a hell of a cook, sure he was a pedophile but as long as he washed his hands before cooking or sharing recipes, it shouldn't matter.
Tim Richmond was a ....... well, you know how it goes!
Chick-fil-a makes a very good product, I don't give a damn about what the big boss thinks about politics, religion, gay marriage, in-grown toe nails, etc. I'll shop there, don't tell me I can't, don't try to change my opinion of a restaurant because of something that has nothing to do with their recipes!
Now Cassius Clay...... that was a different story! Most celebrated hypocrite of our time. Yep, I know, just my opinion.

Tim Richmond liked girls...too much, that is where he got AIDS.
Mine is 34 miles from my house, got too busy today to get down there, but next time I am down that way I will definately be going to show my support. Spicy Chicken Sandwhich combo is my standard order!
