It's remarkable this doesn't happen more often.
Who knows how many times a handler has pulled a candidates fat out of the fire at the eleventh hour and we never heard about it.
Nobody can be versed on all subject to the point of never making a gaffe and there always seems to be a live mike or video around.
Michelle is not Jewish, just as Obama doesn't have a military background, evident last year when he pronounced 'Navy Corpsman' as "Navy Corpseman".
I won't mention Sarah Palin gaffes.
