hutz-pah or hutz-pa is the way to say it if you don't want to appear stoopid.

I've got a lot of different pronounciations of the words that come to mind when I think about fokls here but if I used them I would at least use the pronounciation that gets my point across and doesn't make me the butt of a joke.

I'll bet all of you that replied would never pronounce Chutzpah the way Bachman did because it would make you sound uneducated and ill informed.
