If the cursor drifts out of the text box
the enter key no longer = carriage return
It becomes 'submit'.

Mrs Thatcher is now very old, very frail and retired from public life. She doesn't see anybody these days.

It's reported that she is also suffering from Alzheimers Disease, much like her good friend Ronald Reagan did at the end.

Even if she did meet Sarah Palin, it's doubtful that she would even know who she was.
