I have a 2010 crew cab with a tan interior and looking to swap the center console for the flip down seat. Console is in new condition...call or text Andy at 619-889-9346...Im located in San diego 92040

 

FoMoCo should consider providing owners with the option of having either a console or the jump seat with anchors that would make the swap lots easier.

 

From what I understand it is 4 bolts and a plug. Am I misinformed?

 

What I meant was, anchors that would easily accomodate the swap, like cam locks.

Both the console and jump seat should be included w/ the purchase of the vehicle and both should be easily removable and swapped out.

 

Im interested in trading my console for the seat...from what I understand its an easy swap and i figured theres at least one person out there that would rather have a console.

 

You should be right.

Several members were doing the opposite of what you are doing and were offering the jump seat for sale.

I have the tan one.. It might need to be steam cleaned before install since its been in my truck for two years of ownership, but i have had it covered with Wet Okole seat covers for about 70% of that time. Im willing to trade.
