Bought these and THEN found out 2004 F150s used unique (smaller) injectors. I had them in for a total of approx 1000mi before I tracked down the problem. Confirm yours have a "Tan" band on them, mine were orange. I figured it was a Motorcraft replacement difference, I was wrong. Paid $221 to my door from RockAuto, will sell them for $150 SHIPPED! Motorcraft CM-5138 (8) of them.

So not to hijack, but I did this exact same thing and now am getting running rich engine codes on both banks. This the same that happened to you?

Did you sell these? Where did you pick up the correct injectors?

Yup, STFT was rich on both banks, sucked. I still have these for sale: $120 shipped.
