2004 Fx4 stuck one long night to follow.....

Friend of mine who had justt spend a buttload of money to lift his truck and put wheels and tires on it.

Heres his description: 200 yard trail of mudd and ruts made it about 180 yards then got high centered cause i didnt know how deep the last rut was got stuck friday night stayed till 6 saturday mornin had to get a wrecker in the saturday to pull it out.

By The way its 6" procomp stage one with 20" Xd rockstars and 35" pro comp extreme mud terrians....

There ain't nothin like gettin stuck to break in a newly lifted truck. I hate when I get stuck because of gettin high-centered. Did ya'll not have another truck out there? It looks like it could have easily been pulled out instead of having to call a wrecker.

lol yup I've been there.
I don't have any pics but i had my 77 buried over the bumper with about 4 inches of water in the cab.
I was on 15" of lift and 40" hawgs at the time.
Water was almost up to my neck when I hooked up the strap. It took 3 hours of a 6.0 superduty bumper to bumper with a 30' strap, peddle to the floor in 4lo to get me out.
We ended up bending my leaf spring, breaking the superduty's hitch, twisted a front driveshaft, and screwed up my steering box.

THAT makes for a long night.

I have seen Dan on other sites, so i can say its likely to do with some of the hostility he is getting here, people dont like critisizm, nobody does, some just get booty hurt about it.

Dan calls it how he see's it, i guess its to much for some people.

what my trucks bigger than yours, so i have to have a tiny package? i'm not making up for anything, my other car is a chevy cavalier. so it's safe to say i am comfortable in my masculinity. so by your thinking, ron jeremy would drive a geo metro 3 cylinder. my **** size has nothing to do with what vehicle i drive, i like big trucks and i like big motors.
