Ford Pulls Chevy

From there you can determine how many pounds you are putting on each square inch of surface. You also have to account for the type of rubber you have on the ground and the temperature and blah blah blah.
The end result is that "Generally" if the attach points are at the same height and the rubber is pretty similar, the vehicle with the greater pounds per square inch of surface area on the ground will have a traction advantage.

what he said. Both trucks have enough power to spin the tires in 4lo. It comes down to traction... so any pulls like this are bogus.
Liked the off road vid you got too...fun to watch. I thought the chevy had broke the front axle when you pulled him down though! Where is that place at, looked real fun. My buddy won't hook up his chevy to mine, I got a post about it...what do you all think? Check my posts, or just go to towing.
Sorry fords are nice amd GREAT trucks and i have one but chevy's have way more power! now if you get a little 4.8 chevy truck you might have a chance! I have a 99 5.4 4x4 and i think its a pig! My old 98 Z71 had way more power! The Only ford trucks that have any power is a Lightning and a powerstrokes!

No sorry needed...I disagree with fords having no power, you can't deny 335lbs. I can't find a hill it won't go up. And this winter when colorado had like 25 blizzards I spent every night pulling people out of ditches and 3+ ft of snow. Cars, trucks, big trucks. My biggests two was an avalanche, and a f-350 supercrew diesel. He was in a ditch and I pulled him with some work. I can agree that chevy has more power..sometimes. It's a year to year thing, some are better than others. Especially the 07's. For the first time in my life I actually like a chevy/gm.
theres even videos now of the toyota dealership pulling a f150 with a new style tundra. its funny how chevy, nissan and toyota all stage pulls against the f150. theres a reason: f150 is simply the best one of the bunch.
