manufacturer ratings are just recommendations there not set in stone.
besides he said 100 in the quarter so hes probally wanting to run it on the strip with the 4.56 gears not the hwy.
but anyways how many of you are running 4.11 gears with 33" tires i was thinking about upgrading my stock 3.55's to some 4.11's to get the take off back again the truck used to have when it had stock tires on it. right now at 70 on the hwy the engine is turning around 1700 rpms.

3rd is 1:1 and 4th (overdrive) is 0.7:1. Transfer case in 2wd and 4hi is 1:1.

It is pretty high, so maybe drive 65 mph? Driving slow(er) on the highway is all part of the deal in stepping up to lower gears.
