Thanks for the spec Bigbronc. That .030 is exactly where I'm at with mine and you're right whenever one wheel rides over a bump before the other I get the clunk. Thanks for everyones input on this. Take care.

So will my extended service plan take care of it if I'm over .03 endplay? My truck makes a lot of noise and it's pretty annoying.

bigbronc: I looked far and wide for the endplay specs on Ford axles. Where on earth did you turn one up?
