High Flow Cats

For those of you who have them how do you like them? Are they worth the money?

Love em, gives the truck a meaner sound. Also if you take your old cats to a scrap metal dealer you can get some good $ for them. I got $200 for my 11 yr old cats, cost of 2 new maggie hiflows, $140. Gotta love a mod that pays for itself.

Definitely worth the money. Volumes it up almost twice, 44% better flow which increases gas mileage and helps aid in a little more torque. With the 4 cat system that you have you can scrap them for a pretty good amount, atleast $70 - $140.

As far as practicality goes, I haven't actually noticed the torque or gas mileage improvements, but the high flow cats do make the exhaust sound a helluva lot meaner.

like they have all said

yes they are worth it for sound reason's only.

But don't be dissapointed if you don't get 150+ for your old cats a the scrap yard.

I think the scrap price of Plentum((SP?) I think?) has crashed with the global economy.

That's what I hear at least. I got 180 for mine last summer.
