High Flow Cats

For those of you who have them how do you like them? Are they worth the money?

Love em, gives the truck a meaner sound. Also if you take your old cats to a scrap metal dealer you can get some good $ for them. I got $200 for my 11 yr old cats, cost of 2 new maggie hiflows, $140. Gotta love a mod that pays for itself. :)

Definitely worth the money. Volumes it up almost twice, 44% better flow which increases gas mileage and helps aid in a little more torque. With the 4 cat system that you have you can scrap them for a pretty good amount, atleast $70 - $140.

As far as practicality goes, I haven't actually noticed the torque or gas mileage improvements, but the high flow cats do make the exhaust sound a helluva lot meaner.

Thanks for the info guys. I think you all made up my mind about them

like they have all said

yes they are worth it for sound reason's only.

But don't be dissapointed if you don't get 150+ for your old cats a the scrap yard.

I think the scrap price of Plentum((SP?) I think?) has crashed with the global economy.

That's what I hear at least. I got 180 for mine last summer.
