did holeshot,rearend went bang!!!!

I have a troyer tuned 2000 f-150 4x4, mag exhaust,cai intake with 4.10 gears with a tracloc posi. did a nice long holeshot and ended up breaking the carrier right in half! That was a 756.00 dollar burnout!!!!

I would bet that you have the 8.8 diff.... Start looking for a 9.75.

Maybe the 4.10 gears was not installed properly.

4.10s = more torque, and torque breaks stuff, when there is too much.

And even if they were installed incorrectly, probably wouldnt be covered since he was "abusing" it doing a burnout
