if you are a decent mekanic with the right tools(backlash gauge and a micromiter) then the job is not that hard takes me about an hour and a half, just make sure the heel and toe have a good pattern before you slap it together your first time you might half to take it out and chang the pinoin or side shims, ohh you will also need a bearing press to take off and install the new gears, what size tire do you run now?

well, its been my experience that my truck gets better gas mileage if i run about 95 on the interstate(somewhere around 3 grand) so a gear change would put you closer to that at 70,75.
and i purely run 95 for the mileage i would never go faster than the speed limit just for kicks, hehehe.i'm wantin to regear to about 4.10's just for that.maybe it'll help slow me down.a sneaky little motorcycle cop bout got me the other night cause he flew up behind me and didn't have his radar on to let me know he was comin, which would be the least he could do.
