Differential clunk

I changed the u-joints and greased the yoke.But,the differential still makes a "clunk" when shifted into reverse.Sometimes it just makes a "ka-tink" sound.Any ideas?

Did you check for play in the rear when you had the drive shaft out? I can't think of any other place the noise could be comming from.
