Seen about 6-8 around Ontario. Mostly Red/Blk. The Blk/Tan is not that nice. Did see one that was Blk/Blk. Yes a Heritage and not a HD. If I see it again going to try to find the owner.

Smile Just Purchased a Heritage F 150 supercab

On 15 May 2012 I purchased a 113,000 mile Black / Pewter 4X4 5.4L F150.
Very similar to those shown.
Found this site while looking for accessories to make it my Heritage.
Hopefully I will get some ideas from the Forum and possibly add input.

Great looking truck!

If any one has a great idea on an added item but doesn't want anyone copying please insure your CopyRight otherwise I'll consider it Fair Game:lol
My wife took my 1999 F 150 that was my "work" truck when I became a result of the economic situation affecting everyone at this time.

Just to add a bit of knowledge to anyone "watching" the company I retired from used F 150's fore their Superintendents, foreman and other Steel Erection support. With proper maintance there were getting 250-300 thousand miles on their trucks drive train which were still running strong when they were replaced with new trucks! This is not a paid for post.

Found another one in Beverly, Mass ...I am in the process of purchasing it. It is a 03 Heritage Edition in the black and silver paint scheme. The truck has 156,032 miles on it but it looks almost new except for one or two very small dents on the rear of the bed. They are very minor dents that are going to be taken out by the dealer.

The truck's rocker panels are rusted out but the dealer is going to replace those before I buy the truck.

The truck itself looks almost new, I cant believe the rockers are rusted out because there isnt a once of rust anywhere else. I guess it has been garaged its whole life. I was amazed when I looked under the hood because the engine itself doesnt have a spec of grease or grime... not even dust. Im serious when I say the engine bay looks as if its a brand new truck on the dealer floor. That is the reason why I decided on this truck, mainly due to the amazing condition.

It has the 5.4 liter motor, everything looks stock except for the exhaust. Did Ford release this truck with stainless steel mufflers? The current exhuast looks stainless from the cat back because its getting that nice gold color that stainless gets after it heats up.

The engine seems to run awesome... anything I should be on the lookout for with the particular engine? Any info would be much appreciated.

all f-150's stock exhaust were stainless. Just watch for plug blow outs... torque plugs to 28 ft/lbs and youre safe.
