Finally got the new TAG Bumper installed!

Well back in May I hit a deer

It's been a long time coming to finally get this thing on the truck! They took forever to make it and it landed in August which is a bad time for me since I work almost every weekend in it

I got the bumper coated in Line-X Premium bedliner and I think it makes the bumper honesty. It looks so much better coated and I love the feel!

Here is what you all have been waiting for ... onto the pictures!!

(Please excuse the dirty truck)

Usually not a fan of these types of bumpers but I will i admit.. It looks really nice on your truck, much better than the stock bumper.. Fitment looks great too, and course the line-x looks great.

I'd definatly try and get some fogs in there like you mentioned, would set it off.. And while your at it, some black heads and PTM grille surround down the road too

Probably one of the best aftermarket bumpers for the F150 I've seen yet. Is it set up for a winch mount ?

I didn't go for that option I'm sure I could mod something in there but was not planning on spending an extra 500 for a winch

Thanks!

Looks really good. Your problems getting the bumper from them is one of the reasons I am leery of them. That and they bumper doesn't quite come up line up with the fender on the diagonal. It would have to be modded to make a flare fit even close to right...

Doesn't look bad. I hate those types of bumpers, stock painted or nothing at all for me, but it is a nice looking bumper!

Well hell, I wanted to see this for so long and missed this. Had to see it in your pond thread. Looks great!

They're only about $700 though guys, which makes them much more appetizing than a lot of other options. So waiting a while is sometimes worth it. I'd strongly consider one if I was lifted.

Thanks!

Kmac it came out to about $1000 with options and Line-X which is a must if you ask me

Plus I installed it so that saved me a whole lot of money by not paying a shop

Yeah, that's not bad at all even with the LineX. Did you not like the coating it came with? My neighbor owns a bedliner shop so I'd get a heavy discount on that, and he'd help with welding the brackets on.

I would call their "paint" job a prime job haha there was bare metal and cuts into the paint everywhere it needed either to be painted again or coated like I did

I chose the coating because the profession I'm in deals with detailing and this way I can just scrub all the bugs off with whatever the hell I want and not have to worry about swirling paint lol

Gotcha! That's funny actually cause it's SO easy to paint something with a spray gun and have it look at least halfway decent haha. I wonder why they let them leave that way.

If I ever get one of these type bumpers, I think this is gonna be the one. I may just order it bare metal haha. Just need a lift first . . .

Well it was worth having it "painted" actually because if you talk to yer buddy about the spray in liners they have to do so many more steps in order to coat bare metal and it will take days instead of hours like mine took they just scuffed it all up and sprayed it on

It also protected it during shipping from rusting or anything hitting it
