There are no nuts holding it on, but there are a couple alignment posts in it so you cannot put it on upside down. Best thing to do is get it good and warm, almost hot to the touch. Place something thin strong and flat against the sheet metal ridge, and stick something under there to pry, slowly, against your flat peice. I use nylon windshield sticks against a bondo spreader. as they are less likely to do any damages over a flat screwdriver and ruler. The key is to make them good and warm.
Once you have it off, and it is still warm, pick on an edge of the adhesive, and stretch it. It will let go of the emblem remarkably easy. Repeat for any adhesive that is left on the truck. You are going to need some new 2 sided tape to put them back on.
