Anyone know how to fix this? The drivers side wiper blade works fine but the passenger side only budges about an inch then stops and I dont see any object that could be stopping it from moving. How do I fix this?

 

check the wiper arm assy. remove the arm and check to see if it is stripped where it mounts to the wiper spline. Some times the arms will get stripped out. usually you see it happen when the blade is frozen to the w/shield or if theres alot of snow on the w/shield and you try to turn the wipers one.
