I found some

For the 97-03 models I finally found fender flares. These are from Jungle Fender Flares.com. I cant wait to get me a pair.

so these allow you to cut your stock fenders and then clean up the look??

I think that they are just for stock fenders because they talk about taking up 6 inchs of your fender when you install them but i am sure you could modify them.

I e-mailed them yesterday and got a message back today and they said that there is no cutting of the sheetmetal

so the main point would be for states that care if your tires stick out of your fenders??

I know! I have searched for some cut-outs but all I can find that allows for larger tires is pre-runner fenders. A place called Fiberworks used to make pre-runner fenders for our trucks that did stick out all crazy around the head lights like all the current ones do. I have seen them on a red f150, and it was a stock 4x4 with 35s on it.

Bushwacker supposedly has "cut-outs" but I am yet to find them. I havent called bushwacker to see whats up tho.
