Got a 2003 Crew cab 150 needs a drivers fr door, they are hell to find less than 600 bucks..

but will a expedition door fit?

 

I believe so, could you just get a door skin from ford, or is the whole core of the door F'd up too

 

Well the damage is unique to the drivers door but the door still works, but it crunched the door shell pretty good so the skin will not work ..

Looking at pictures the front doors on expedition and super crew look the same but back doors do not..

I know the newer 03-06 mirrors fit the supercrews as well as the older expy's and the rubber trim is the same. I would think its the same door. The screw is based on the expy anyways, alot of the same interior pieces are interchangeable as far as rear seats, B pillar trim etc.

 

Anyone know for sure ? or possibly of tried this?

call ford and ask for part numbers for doors for both vehicles see what they say

 

I did today and they told me they honestly did not know.. probably try a different dealer tomorow

If they do, I have a white one in perfect condition for you. Been keeping my wifes lightly wrecked (front grill and radiator support) Expy in the garage to use as parts for my SCREW and her replacement Expy.

Let me know.

 

if you get a chance since you have both vehicles do you think you could check them with a tape measure?

looked at pictures and the fronts look identical
