Top pad Install
Theres 12... I dont know what theyre called, but theyre these pins that go through the metal part of the bumper, into the bottom side of the top pad.
Assuming your original bumper is still intact, the best way to go about getting them out is using some pliers and attacking from underneath. If you need new ones, they run about $5 each from the dealer.
And if your new top pad is aftermarket, expect it to fit like crap. AMHIK
Mine is now attached by 12 zinc plated carriage bolts.

I just picked up a complete aftermarket bumper today. I will take pictures of it too...I have to take the top pad off to have it painted.
