Why is this in the Care and Detailing section? I'm sorry, I find humor in it.
Seriously though, that sucks man. But you're going to need to go to a body shop for that kind of advice. It's going to be a couple grand.

Definitely fixable... with lots of money.
I'd drive it like it is (If it's safe... have a shop check it out first,) until you can afford to buy a new truck..
I don't think it'd be worth the money to try and fix it... You could spend that money on a down payment for a new truck or buy an older model.

My buddy asked me the same thing after he rolled his rig.
He just got the Billy Mays Dent popper...fixed

Glad you are ok, but I agree with Thump....does this belong here?
(I NEVER post off topics threads in this section :o )

I'd fix it
Of course, it would cost a lot and the truck would be scarred for life. You may find out a few months later the frame was twisted and ur front suspension is suffering severly...

Its fixable. We've fixed worse ones than that at the bodyshop i work at. Insurance? Let em pay for it, or if they total it out take the insurance money and buy a used one/put a down payment on a new one. But i'd buy it back from the insurance company and then you've got yourself a really nice work truck
Not too sure how it'd affect the suspension, other than the lateral forces applied to the whole side of the truck.
I believe you just have a lot of body work.
I mean, other than that, how does the truck drive? Is there any noises, does it track straight?
I can tell you now... if it does in fact drive the same as it did prior to the accident, you are most likely fine. However, if it doesn't... their might be some frame and suspension junk that got out of whack.
If you were going to do it... just do it piece by piece.
Heck.. if you needed to drive the truck, you could still while you waited for the parts to come in and get painted.
You might be able to fix the dents in some areas... but it's up to you.
I've compiled a small list of what visible damage there is along with Ford's prices:
Bumper - $321
Left Front Fender - $247
Windshield (Ford) - $208
Top Roof Panel - $565
Bed Side - $775
Mirror - $151
Hood - $433
Fuel Door - $81
Total: $2781
Labor: $1200
Paint: $3000
Grand Total: $6981
I sure hope this helps you out.

What I would do is
Wash it, two bucket method of course
Clay with Megs Blue Bar using Megs #34
Tape it off
PB SSR3, Yellow Lake
PB SSR1, Green Lake
PB PP with White Lake
PB EX-P with Black Lake
LSP with some Megs #16, two coats of course.
Hyperdress the tires, wheel wells, trim, clean glass and PlastX the corners.
Sit back and have a beer.
(SARCASM DISCLAIMER)

here are a couple examples
front fender $55
box side 400
bumper 100 (at junkyard for good one)
mirror 35-40
hood 150
and i didnt do a winshield or fuel door when i wrecked mine
but my total is 735 for aftermarket as compared to 1927 for ford parts, you could also go all used and save even more i would say 3k would make it look better then when you rolled it with and all new paint job, i know when i wrecked mine it cost me about 2100 worth of parts and paint, that was 2 fenders, 2 box sides, passangers door, pananger side mirror, bumper, grille, and hood.
