black theme

black theme

i have a red truck that i put black steel wheels on-obviously im going with the black and red theme... here are some pics





what do you guys think? should i paint more? stick with what i have? etc

Personally i think it would look cool if you were to paint the cig lighter cover and the cup holder cover black.. IMHO

(EDIT)- might be a lil overkill though.. just a thought

yeah i looked at those today while painting the other things... but i couldnt figure out how to get them off... anybody know how the cupholder and lighter cover coves off?

i think its pretty cool, just don't go too crazy w/ the dash... have you thought about going with black painted bumpers?

looks nice, though i really hope you clearcoated that stuff. i did my interrior on my explorer and after a while it looked like crap because of no clearcoat.

i didnt clearcoat cause its already a little more shinny than the dash so i didnt want to make it even more shinny.

im not going to go crazy with the black. ive kept everything symetrical and i wont go overboard cause i dont think anything looks worse than those ricer interiors that have every inch painted

i have chrome bumpers right now..as much as i love the red and black theme i dont want to carry it too far on the outside also. im a sucker for just the right amount of chrome-my 68 camaro has just a few pieces of chrome...enough to look classy-not too much to look overdone and gaudy-same idea for the truck

i would love to get some covers or tint with nightshades but its illegal in cali and i definately dont have spare money for tickets...to continue the theme im getting a toolbox and painting it black
