Scratched up ext B-Pillars HELP!!!!

I was riding some trails awhile ago and scrathched my truck up. Since my truck is silver the sctraches on the body don't show up as well as the ones on my black pillars between the front and back doors and window trim around side windows.

I was thinking of pulling them and repainting them with a rattle can (most likely a plastic bonding one like Fusion)

Does anybody have some insight on pulling the exterior b-pillars and/or exterior side window trim???

My truck is a 2003 Silver SCrew

Thanks in advance and anything will help me!

I'm not positive but I think that stuff is a rubber plastic covering, or something like vinyl glued on. You can probably put new black vinyl over it and it should hide it well.

I had a similar problem scratching my pillar with the car keys. For a quick touch up try using a black Sharpie pen to hide the scratch.
Someday I plan on getting mine repainted gloss black, let me know how yours turn out.

I used a fat sharpie for a few of them, but sharpies leave a funny purpleish gloss to it, and I don't know how it holds up to rain and car washes....

Yes its not a direct color match but better then a scratch down to metal. Mine would last a month or so then I would touch up again.

I think their sticky taped on with a couple clips on em. I tried taking mine off for the same reason. I think about the only way to get them off would more or less destroy them.

Hopefully someone knows how.
