I have a 99 F-150 XLT, 4X4 sport with 4.6 V8 and I am looking to retrofit a 97-98 Work Series or XL model grill into mine. The one I am searching for has one horizontal bar and three vertical bars that make up the grill insert area.
If anyone has the grill that I am looking for in good and complete condition and is looking to sell it, please drop me a line. (I have checked with the dealers and they are asking for way too much money for them).

I have a grille for sale that will fit perfectly, off my 99. The 97,98 grilles are smaller than the 99's. They won't fit unless you use the 97,98 bumper. e-mail me.

You guys are right. It seems that 97 or 98 grilles won't fit my 99 Truck unless I replace the bumper as well. I am not looking to trade but buy a new one from some one that doesn't need it any more. Please let me know if you have a 99 front grille from a work series or XL (Non honey comb design) and how much you would want for it. The dealer where I bought the truck from is asking $150.00 for a brand new one.

I have a 99 F150 XLT with the gray bar grille and chrome trim. I'd like to change the gray bar out for the honey comb grille. The Ford dealer can only sell the whole grille unit which includes the trim. (One Kit) and their color matched to the truck $175.00. Has anyone change the insert out on the 99s?

I have a 99 XL silver grill with argent center. This is the entire grill assymly from Ford. Retails for $276.00 plus tax. I had ordered this part by mistake and needed the work series grill.
