I have a F150 lariot with factory Clarion CD changer player. 1 year old and recently defect. Is this normal ? Please could somebody help me what is wrong. Here in the Netherlands (Europe) nobody can tell or help me.

My 2000 Lightning CD changer only worked once I just had it replaced under warranty

Thank you for quick reply. My car is bought here in the Netherlands and there is no warranty on audio. I,m looking for somebody how can tell me what is defect inside. I allready found out that CD is not rotating. I guess the little motor is defect but I am not sure. Who is the specialist on this Bilboard for electronics.
I had the idee that this is happening to more clarion player and everybody would say, o it is so and so.

Please can somebody advise me.

I also had a problem with my changer. But mine was different. mine would try to load three cds at once. One time it decided to eat them also. So after a little help from a screwdriver and some prying power. The changer decided to give some cds back. Unfortunatly two were ruined in the process. So now I have to changer and am two cds short. Not that big of deal about the changer though. It was free.
