i have it on the back seat right now and i am ok with it for now...but i dont like the way it looks...just not done right imo. so im gonna do a seat lift, and see what i can do with it...ported or not, i would rather have them under the seat and out of the way.

haha nice! i used to have an explorer that would set off alarms with the glass packs...but i think my truck now is louder but i guess it doesnt have the same rumble that the glass packs did so the truck doesnt set off alarms. and my subs arent that good...to set off alarms. haha

Fortunately, another installer was working on this one, but i happen to catch a couple pics a little into it, before everything was fixed.

Speaker wire from 4 ch. amp running from step to door panel.

A classic. I think this was the remote-turn-on.

The worst... A power cable with no fuse.

Oh Wait, it is in the trunk.

On top of this, i didn't get the pictures of the 4 ch. amp's rca's running right next to the power wire, or the ground with no paint scrapped off, or the radar detector that was fried, and the radio that didn't work (not sure what was wrong with it)... My co-worker loved this one.

Yeah good idea. I just bought it to get it going.. Those were already cut out from the previous owner, so I just used that space. One of the others is now filled with my driving lights switch. Working on the sound system right now but I plan to go back and clean everything ive done up once I get the time
