Upon reviewing this one I discovered the 70amp fuse was arcing due to a crack in the plastic body of the fuse. It appears it may have killed the controller with power surges.
Sorry to hear yours is dead, but thanks for update. I better check mine.

I have not followed the "controller market" since I installed mine. Is there anything new/better on the market?

Not really, none of them out there I know of has such a VSS cut off. I really like this feature.

There are standard cooling radiators which are 1" thick and super cooling units at 1 3/8's and 1 7/16's.

Rockauto has aftermarket models starting in the $130's plus shipping. The Spectra unit rockauto sells is the thickest at 1 7/16. SPECTRA PREMIUM CU2819.

I got mine used from an 05 truck. RobertP on here sold me his when he had a custom built radiator made for his rig.
Been Looking to replace my FRPP Radiator as it has a very small pin hole leak at the top that I am told is not repairable. I just hate to give up the All Aluminum 2.25" wide core radiator.

Nice find for anyone looking to do this mod or wanting to get away from a temp sensor stuck in the fins. Much better price then the Flex-a-lite part I used.
Check it out GlowShift 44 MM or 1 3/4 Inch Water Temperature Sender Attachment https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00RPEZWJS/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_awd_d_4BMCxbBACGTAQ

Does anyone have a part number for the conecters that hook up to the fan? I'm ordering a Ford OEM 2010 set if fans to put into my 05. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
