Well, I didn't get any response to my phone message I left them so I'll invest the time in an e-mail with my 20 questions. We will see how that works out.

They did get back to me via e-mail. They have no dealers on the east coast so the shipping would be high. Also he said the bedsides are 5.5 foot long. Is that a Crew Cab?

Just that the old boxsides must be removed. The front parts bolt to stock attaching areas and it is a street quality fit.
The shipping alone [to east coast] would be enough to turn me off. I like to hold something in my hand before I buy it, especially replacement aftermarket fiberglass bodyparts.

I wish somone in the east had a simular kit

Haha, yea the shipping isn't gonna be cheap for those I could have told you they don't have dealers on the east coast. I forgot how much I paid to get all my glass shipped to virginia but it was probably enough where I could have bought an extra set of bedsides. As for install your still gonna have to do trimming with fiberglass, and the rear you have to cut the whole old bedside out or drill out the spot welds and make all new mounting points, it's not an easy install.

I bought glass for my 98, but all offroad glass is gonna fit the same. Your gonna have to trim and sand some to get the door to open properly, I only had to trim on my passenger side though. You have to remember it's made in a mold so it's not gonna fit perfect because every truck has a little difference in it somewhere.

And don't hold your breath for someone on this coast to make anything like it, there's no market for it over here so there's no point.

Just bringing this up again to see if anyone has ever installed a McNiel Raptor bodykit on their street driven truck. McNiels said it has street fit and quality but I'd like to see it first. Also they say they only make the 5.5 boxsides. I just bought a '10 extended cab so I will have 6.5 box. You would think they would offer both.
There was another company [Fiberwerx ??] that makes the 6.5 but only for offroad.

Wow Long story but I read every page. I think I'll forget about this project. I can only afford McNiel prices, but can't put up with poor quality service AND poor quality fit.
