How much does a underdrive pulley full system cost for a 2000 ford lightning?

They don't make them for your truck any more. They only ever made 70 sets and couldn't tell you who made them any more. They would be a decent addition to it but good luck finding them.

Under driving a supercharged truck results in LESS BOOST produced by the Supercharger thus you'll loose horse power.....

let me tell you how this works for future reference...

There are 2 pullies on the front of the crank of supercharged trucks. The outer pulley is the one that turns the supercharger. The inner pulley is the one that turns the accessories just like on every other N/A truck out there. The one that he wants to under drive is the inner one that turns the water pump, a/c, ps, etc. The outer pulley will still be fastened to the inner pulley and still be making the same amount of boost while underdriving the rest of accessories. Does this make sense?
