Air horns - legal or illegal?

Some people have told me that air horns are over the decible rating for cars or something. is that true? if so what is the db allowed for cars? and what about train horns on a car?

and is it illegal to just have them or illegal to use them? theres a difference

that makes sense. my friend got pulled over for doing a burn out and got the same thing. not wreckless driving or anything just noise violation.

Yah that is fun, I have had more people yell at me that I wasn’t even honking at then any one else. I love the people begging for money, or selling flowers on the side of the road.
