CB antenna mounts?

Got a cb, and I am ordering antennas next week. I have been looking for some mounts, but can't seem to find the right ones. i want to bolt them to the side of the bed, since I dont have a toolbox or anything.

Anybody know any online places that sell them?

As funny as it sounds, try Radioshack. They have lots of that kind of stuff. Do you mean bed rail? I wouldn't mount it to the side of the bed. that would leave holes in the sheet metal.

Sounds like you want to put two antennas on it? Here is was I am about to order myself:

I don't have a Tool Box to mount my Antennas on either so these are really nice!

I have a 2008 F 150 XLT Supercrew with a Ford dropin bed liner. I am thinking about getting the Firestik MK 294R mount from Walcott CB. My question is..how easy or the best route to get the coax into the cab? Suggestions anyone or some photos of your installation.

plastic cap in front of bed drilled a small hole. ran cable thru that into the flap in back of cab (enters cab around back right of seat) then ran thru carpet into my console where my cb is mounted. i put a disconnect on my cable also so if i pull my toolbox off its easier and only about a foot of wire sitting their instead of about 4 feet.

CB installation

An update..I have ordered the MK294R Firestik "SS" Pick-up Stake-Hole Mini-Kit (Kit comes with coax), the Firestik SS3H Heavy Duty Spring and the Wilson 4' FGT Silverload Fiberglass Antenna from Walcott CB. It should arrive in three or four days. Has anyone installed one of these mount's onto a late model F150? I plan to put it on the passenger side, first hole behind the cab. I have installed the Uniden PC 78 Elite CB just in front of the console. The botton edge is sitting on the top edge of the plastic piece that is in front of the "cubby hole" storage under the console. It is held in place by an elastic strap attached to "eye hooks" I screwed in on each side of console next to driver and passenger seat. This seem to be a good setup with ***** and mic within easy reach. Also easy to remove if needed. Will try and get some photos and attach here. I welcome any other comments or suggestions. Thanks to all who have responded.

Earl

my antenna mounts magneticly so i put it on the roof right in front of the 3rd brake light. I ran the coax down driverside door sills and up the pillar next to backseat and then out an existing hole under the 3rd brake light. Very easy and the only place you see the cord is where it connects to cb and between the antenna and 3rd brake light...

here is a pic, you can see it but its kinda faint

I went through where my jack used to be. There is a hole there with a rubber grommett that worked perfect. Where my radio sits now in the picture is where the hole is. I ran the HF cable from the back of the tool box under it and over the right corner of the box and then up though the hole where the jack was.
