I have the Clifford AVANTGUARD 5.1. I love the system. I have the smart windows as well. Yes they are more than most other systems but well worth the money. The only problem is someone else has to do the install. They do not sell and or very hard to get instructions.

Code alarm 670 with a loud *** air horn hooked along with the siren and the factory horn! Dont ***** with my shi* cause i will hear you!! I have a hood til sensor, dual stage shock, and a tilt on my toolbox! I wired all the headlights and fogs to the siren signal, as well as some strobe lights in the cab! It makes a huge scene when set off! i love my setup, and it helps protect my truck and valubles like no other!

Mine is somewhat similar except mine doesn't tie in with the factory horn. It does have the alarm horn and a siren, all the lights flash too. The siren on mine sounds like a fire truck coming at ya We should post up videos

I bet you boys could wake up the next county over with your alarms! Anyway, looks like I should look into a similar setup when I get mine installed.

Here's the new Code Alarm SRT9000. Code's answer to the Viper 791xv. This unit allows you to preset a time that you would like the system to start. Sadly this unit does not allow you to arm/disarm with the keypad on the door but the Viper doesn't either. The 9000 also has two sensor inputs so you can have shock sensor and a tilt sensor, glass break sensor, or additional shock sensor. If you add the tilt sensor it will show a jack lift the vehicle when that sensor is triggered.

I just had a Viper 560XV installed today. It has the remote start feature. So far so good. The installer did a great job.

Well, I got my Viper 791xv installed yesterday. All I can say is, this unit is awesome! I love the the remote unit. I had every option that you can get, installed. I'd like to pick up an extra remote though. I guess it's time to scour eBay. Anyway........

So far I am really happy with my choice!
