Hi.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but efan installs are not generally considered something for a complete auto wiring novice to tackle.

The operation, and more importantly the long-term reliability of the system depends upon best-practice installation & wiring techniques. It's a harsh environment under that hood, and an unreliable install can cause a breakdown in a potentially awkward location, or worse.

If you can swing it, try & find a shop willing to do the work, or a buddy or two familiar with the requirements for this type of install.

Consider, proper fusing, grounding, wire terminations, weather sealing, wire routing, appearance, etc.

It can be daunting for a first-timer. I'm just trying to ensure you get the full benefit from the kit. Ok?

Hope this helps.

Cheers
Bubba

Like you said above, make sure you have someone who knows what they are doing helping out. God knows when you are trying to make a kit made for a 2003 and older truck to work on a 2007 truck you are going to run in to a few issues. All things considered i thought it went pretty good.

May take several reads of the instructions to figure it out. They are not very user friendly.
