i believe in order to run the facotry overhead dvd your truck has to have the DVD prep package as an option.
Not too sure where it runs, but i imagine it would run up from the rear driver pillar and into the headliner like the overhead light harness runs.

hope that helps

i thought if you got factory dvd, the rail system was delete....but there are wires up in the headliner that i have heard are for the factory dvd system....if you have the rail system, pull of the tray/and or trays and there will be about a 2" x 3" hole in the roof put hands inside and feel for wires...i have heard that those are the ones that are needed. i checked and mine has them and there is no light anywhere near this location.
