Wow - haven't been on this site for a while - they've completely revamped the image of it. A much more modern look to it, I like it!

Hope everyone is doing good. As some of you might know through facebook, this past Monday the 30th of July was my last day working at Anderson Ford. This coming Monday the 6th, I will begin my training with the Lincoln 911 Center to become an Emergency Dispatcher. I am pretty excited for the change!!

Stay cool in this heat - and keep praying for some rain and cooler temps!

its hard to believe the mighty Mo was still flooding areas last year at this time....

just checking in. I'm still around, but work at the hosital has been crazy busy with a new computer charting system being implemented. My truck has been lucky just to get washed once in the past 2 months, let alone any real attention.

Did fix a vacuum leak the other night for 7 bucks, so that was good. Had P0171, P0174 codes come on. Found the leak really easily, a section of tube cut to fit, and bingo. Idle came down to where it should be, and it felt a bit stronger. could be all in my head, or the cooler temps and no AC running was the real difference.

Kids go back to school next week, football season right around the corner....Summer came and went before I knew it.

Well I have been crazy busy with a buddy's wedding and a cutting wood to get stocked up for a long winter of bbq cooking, and deer season started this weekend so I have been gearing up for that, this year the other half wants to try bow hunting so I have been focusing on doing everything I can to give her a shot at one.

Now that the Storm Chasers are done, I've got my evenings and weekends back. Went out this weekend with my new Remington 700. I'm satisfied with my target at 100 yards. Time to move it out. Going to start scouting a few places to get a deer this November these next few weeks.

Well I have officially started the trailer build for the cooker. Its will be framed out pretty quick but a lot of finishing touches gonna take some time but when its done it should be pretty slick.

Lets just say it will be done right and will weigh about 2,100 lbs just cooker and trailer, should make for a good riding trailer and won't bounce all over the road.
