Ty, can you check my VIN? I assume you have it on file.

Hope you got to ride some more last weekend, the weather improved greatly after our foggy/wet ride! Unfortunately it has gone from almost 90 degrees last Saturday to snowing right now!!!

I love it so far. Got 2" leveling kit on order and I'm doing an intake mod this afternoon.

Maintainance-wise, I plan in the next few weeks to:
- Change fuel filter (myself)
- Change spark plugs (myself hopefully)
- Transmission fluid change
- Front/rear diff fluid change (myself)

So, does anyone have a set of the spark plug removal tools that I could borrow/rent/buy? How about a good shop to do a transmission fluid exchange with a transmission filter change as well?
Congrats on the new truck! I was looking all over for that color but could not find one reasonably priced! Good choice on the 2" leveling kit, I went with 2.5 and it is just a little higher in front than I thought it would be.

Later!

Your truck is free and clear! No open recalls of any sort at this time.

I did get to ride a bit more in the afternoon. It was pretty nice outside by the time we were done riding! lol

Thanks, I have been watching a 300 mile radius for a few months before I found it. I was looking for this color in a SuperCrew without the two-tone, and they don't come up very often at all. I found this at Dillon's Auto North last weekend, less than an hour after they brought it out onto the lot.

Guessing the issue is in the steering wheel airbag mounting?

It is a wire that can wear through and ground itself out causing the airbag to deploy. From what I gather they are replacing the wire with a protective mesh over the outside of the wire to protect the insulation so it doesn't wear through. It is a very quick fix my truck was at Anderson for a total of about 2 hours from the time I left to drop it off to the time I got it back to work.

I got my truck scheduled for my 4.56 gear swap. 1st week of May, then I'll put my 35's back on. I also downloaded my updates for my Gryphon that adjust for the gears. Hoping that the gear change, and tru-trac diff install do as much as I am hoping for.

Check this beast out!
Installed the front bull bar and Warn winch assembly here at work today for a customer. This winch is a beast just like the truck! Has a built-in air compressor and everything! Pretty sweet setup- pretty sweet truck!

Finally some good weather! I just wish it hadn't rained so much, now it's nearly impossible to ride 4 wheelers unless you want to swim with it!
