Steeda - congrats on the healthly decision and the weight loss. That is awesome - keep up the good work. I don't do enough cardio but I do go lift weights every other day pretty religiously for an hour or so. I really enjoy it and slowly starting to see some gains from it.

If you don't mind me asking, are you taking any supplements?

The only thing I'm taking now is a men's multivitamin. My days usually are when I get to work I'll make a cup of oatmeal and eat one fruit (bananna or pear usually), that's at 7:30, then at 9:30 I'll drink my muscle milk protein shake. At lunch I'll have like a weight watchers meal and a packet of flavored tuna. Then it's one plate of whatever the wife makes at home for dinner and then I'll have one more muscle milk after the gym. And I drink about 6 or 7 bottles of water a day. I just refill the bottle through out the day. My biggest gain so far as been bench. I started in January with a 205 bench and just this past Saturday I did 280. I'm happy with that. But I want to reach 3 plates by the end of the year. Do you take any supplements?

Jump_n, your truck is just about finished. I bet you're feeling pretty anxious to see it in person.

It looks good!

Supplements??

Just a few:

(The protein in the picture I'm not using anymore)

Multivitamin/Joint Support/Digestion/Immune - Orange Triad
Omega3's - NOW Super Omega3
Pre-Workout - Vasocharge
Intra-Workout - Xtend
Whey Protein - Optimum Nutrition
Cassein Protein - Optimum Nutrition

That's about it.

I drink a protein shake upon waking up in the morning, and a cassein protein shake before bed every night.
Whey shake right after working out within 1/2 hour every other day.
I am just finishing up the last of my creatine monohydrate too. Not sure if I will continue to use that or not.

What lakes do you normally go to? This past weekend I went to my cousins cabin on Wacanda Lake and went skiing and wake boarding. They were all in wet suits..I wasn't and thought the water was great!

That looks like the top of the fridge of a guy I work with. He's been doing this for years and has been kind of coaching me these past few months. I do plan on taking more supplements, but I'm taking steps. What's your favorite flavored shake?

How much do you spend a month on all those supplements? I only take creatine, protein and vitamins and I hate how much it costs.

It's not that bad actually getting everything off of bodybuilding.com's website. They have great prices. The links in my post will take you directly to the info and prices. The initial order was hard to swallow but once you have everything, you only order replacements when you run out so it's not that bad actually. I would guess I spend $75 a month? Give or a take a bit.

So far my favorite shake has been cookies and cream.... (damn sweet tooth anyways)
